Shawkat Dhanani, MD, MPH

Dr. Dhanani is fellowship-trained in the fields of Geriatric and Pulmonary Medicine. He is the Chief of Geriatric Evaluation & Management Unit at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System and a Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Dhanani has authored or co-authored numerous book chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals. His research interests include the use of technology in promoting an active life style in older adults.
