Dr. Moore is a graduate of Tulane University Schools of Medicine and Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She finished her general internal medicine residency at Rhode Island Hospital, a geriatric medicine fellowship at the UCLA-VA Multicampus Program in Geriatrics and Gerontology and a research fellowship, the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program at UCLA. She joined the faculty at UCLA after completing her training. Her primary research interest is geriatric assessment for older adults. Her recent research has focused on methods of assessing risks and benefits associated with drinking in older adults.
